Zaralyn's Signets

Made this just for fun. This is a collection of the signet rings that Zaralyn has or is wearing.

The first is the signet ring of her grandfather Dench Steadfast, the founder of her line. It is a butterfly backed by sun rays. The butterfly represents long lasting life, while the sun rays stand for dependability. Both Zaralyn and her mother have one of these rings, like Dench, but Zaralyn just gave hers to Jesse.

The second is the signet used by Ona after marrying Veinlyn Goldmoon. Both she and Zaralyn have this on their person somehow, whether as jewelry or etched into their armor.

This is Zaralyn's personal signet now that she is commander of a small army. She chose three lightning bolts because she is a third-generation Templar. And her name means lightning bolt.

The last is the Young family signet. Zaralyn was giving a ring with this symbol by Jesse, her love. The symbol is of a trident, which was a favored weapon of Andrew Young, Jesse's grandfather. His son, Manning, Jesse's father, also favored pole arms, as does Jesse himself.

Zaralyn may get some or all of these tattooed at some point as well. I may even combine them into one nice coat of arms type thing.
